This small Cybershot Sony DSC-T2 goes a long way beyond a typical point and shoot pocket digital camera. The Sony DSC-T2 is part of Sony’s T-series line. It features a 2.7 LCD inch screen, which is also a touch screen with a clip on stylus. This feature alone makes the technology of this slim digital camera rare. This great small pocket camera offers eight.0 MP for great picture quality and it also has a huge four gb of internal memory storage. That’s enough memory storage for at least 1,000 8.0 mega pixel photos or 40,000 VGA quality photos. Ther is a bevy of on-board memory, however, you ca still buy sony memory sticks to increase your storage limites as well. Another great feature on this compact digital camera is its smile shutter technology. It actually looks for smiling faces and automatically takes the shot when the person is smiling. This handy feature will put and end to catching people off guard. With auto face detection you can capture up to nine faces per shot, which makes it great for group shots as well. This Sony Pocket Digital Camera can also connect to your hd tv set so you can view a slide show. You can even add music or cool transitions to make your slide show even more exciting. The Sony DSC-T2 comes with a Carl Zeiss 38mm-114mm lens. It has 3x optical zoom, 6x digital zoom and video capture of 30 frames per second. It offers optical image stabilization just in case your hand happens to shake, this way you can avoid blurry pictures. This Sony pocket digital camera also comes with a lithium rechargeable battery. Even though this compact digital camera has a lot of great features, it also has a couple of minor flaws. One minor flaw is that you have to use all of your internal memory before you can use a Sony memory stick. The second is that it has its own propriety cable, instead of a universal USB cable. So, if you lose the cable you will not be able upload your pictures from the internal memory until you can replace it. However, even with a couple of minor flaws this pocket digital camera still has a lot of great features.
The Sony DSC-T2 digital camera may not be one of the smallest or thinnest compact digital cameras available because of the sliding lens cover. Its dimensions are three.4 x 2.2 x .08 making it a little thicker than most slim digital cameras, but it will still fit easily in your pocket or small purse.
